A new residential project lying only a few meters from the center of the village of Melides.
Its name pays homage to the imposing pine tree that has stood there for more than 150 years.
This incredible tree stands on this hectare of slight terraces which, together with the Lagoa de Melides, located just a few minutes away on foot, and the stunning coastline, forms part of a rich ecological universe.
Here, fauna and flora coexist in full balance with the communal spirit of Melides, its tranquility and peacefulness, essential attributes of this project as well.
These houses are designed as an extension of the place and an enhancement of its topographic characteristics.
Rooted in the steeply sloping terrain to which they adapt and mould, the houses take advantage of the land's features, giving the landscape even greater prominence. In this process, they create successive platforms on several levels. This provides a sense of never experiencing the same space twice, allowing you to walk along pathways in a natural, organic way and continually discover surprising views.
Each of these houses represents a turnkey project, offering Alentejo vernacular-inspired architecture with very comfortable interiors, and landscaping comprising well-adapted native plants.
In this new retreat, holiday homes offer a village and beach lifestyle, giving families and friends a place to relax, share meals, and chat the night away, while children play freely in a tranquil, creative, and sophisticated setting.
